Sry that this isn't on topic but what is the goal of this build? Where will it be used? PvP or PvE and if PvP in tombs, comp, or team arenas?

Won't work, even if you have 28 Energy. You'd use 2 or 3 spells & your energy is gone. Also 2 pips of Energy means it'll take a long time before you can use a spell again. Basicly what you're wanting to do with a W/N can be done with a N/W. Who has more energy, more pips of regeneration. What are you using Warrior primary for? And berserkers stance? +20% adrenaline for what.. You have no adrenaline skills.

why are you using feast of corruption without an aoe hexer like shadow of fear? Decent combo to shadow of fear a pack of mobs then feast them for some major lifestealing. Not too great in pvp though of course.....

I think you're forgetting the point of a warrior in desperate need of energy management skills.
You can dive on Victory is Mine! which is perfect even at 0 tactics or Warrior's Endurance [which I don't like at all]. If you're a warrior and you're that hell bent on blasting energy, then you'd best look into some form of energy regenerator.
Most Warriors however forego this by using another elite like Eviscerate or Devastating Hammer [which is fine since the rest of their skills use 0-5 energy] but you might want to just think about that one.

Is that sarcasm? Just cause u can gain 20+ energy in a shout doesn't make it overpowered..

....why is a warrior being used a caster? i think your trying to mix apples and oranges an ending up with a banana.
first off, judging by the self heals, im guessing this is in random arenas (comp arenas or whatever).
then you have way too many things to cast to really work. if you want to be a warrior you need to get in that monks face and make him look back. if you just sit there casting feast of corruption and enfeeble hes just going to laugh/ignore you.
at 12 axe you need to consider the point of even using one, which makes me wonder why you chose warrior as your primary anyway.
mark of pain is much better in pve, getting the enemy to stay in groups is hard, especially with all the practice they get from warriors with BA on them.
all in all i think you need to clarify which way this build is going to go, necro or warrior because the mix here wont do much for either.
and the lack of a real axe attack is troubling too

Yeah you seriously need some sort of energy management skill. You can either go for Victory is Mine which is also good for recovering HP but relies on either having few enemies around or conditions stacking which should work wonders at PvE as you will be surrounded. You could go for Offering of Blood as well but then that would force you to go Blood.

It might be possible to pull this off with a Zealous mod, don't you think?

... if you spend your time attacking, yes. although the point of a zealous is to rack up your energy while you attack. in this build it isnt clear if you start off by using alot of energy or if you intend on using them half way through a fight, although with bereserker stance its definetly an idea worth looking into.

i'd use:
*flurry in stead of beserker stance (higher attack rate, bit less dmg but still more then normal, can be casted infinit
*Sever artery
*G slash
*F trust
*sprint
*rush
*Vicory is mine/warriors endurance
*Weaken armor -20 armor for target foe (30seconds) (curses)
*Barbs 2-8 extra dmg on target foe while suffering physical damage (curses)
